Therapeutic yoga is exactly what it seems to be, yoga as therapy for the body, mind, and spirit. In private sessions, you will learn how to allow expansion in your body, safely stretching tight areas which may cause pain. You will learn how to become strong where weakness lies and makes you susceptible to injury. We will take a journey to restore health and wellness through movement and breath work.
